Team Development

We developed a close relationship with a young entrepreneurial Associate at an AmLaw 200 firm. The attorney moved in-house and eventually became General Counsel of a solar company that was acquired by a Fortune 500 company. His division grew quickly; he needed a top-tier team to support the organization’s increasing legal needs. Since the company was in a rapid growth phase, they needed a team comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and invested in meeting the demands ahead. After identifying candidates with the necessary experience and skill-set, we narrowed down the list to those with personalities that complemented the rest of the group. By the end of the process, the General Counsel was able to focus on big-picture goals for the company because he built a team with the best candidates available in the market.
