Erin Kessler got started in executive recruiting in New York in 1997. She placed professionals in advertising agencies and publishing houses across Manhattan. In 2002 she moved to Austin, TX and changed her focus to attorneys, both in large global law firms as well as corporate legal departments. Erin has also been asked to fill key executive positions such as COO, CFO, and CAO positions. 

Erin and her husband are raising two teenage daughters in Austin, Texas. In her free time she performs stand-up comedy and is also working on a live story-telling performance. She is writing a piece about her grandmother, who was the first female sheriff in Alabama. Erin volunteers with Girl Scouts of Central Texas.

Stephanie Lazar is a New Orleans native and proud graduate of Louisiana State University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Stephanie began her career working for a national IT management and consulting company. In 2015 she joined a legal search firm servicing law firms and corporate legal departments. There, Stephanie managed the firm’s temporary and contract employees who worked on large scale review projects. Stephanie also worked closely with clients on direct-hire searches.

Stephanie’s hobbies include paddle boarding, rollerblading, reading, and traveling. (She visits Costa Rica every chance she gets!) She and her husband are learning to surf.
